Simon Nicholls

Simon has specialised in the field of Criminal Defence work for over twenty eight years, and has been a partner since the merger of Belmores with his Firm Nicholls and Co in 1999.

His passion for the law, skill in advocacy and a string of high-profile clients have earned him a reputation in the profession which extends far beyond the boundaries of East Anglia.

Dave Foulkes

Following law school in Chester and articles in Nottinghamshire, Dave joined Belmores in 1991, becoming a partner two years later.

Dave takes on a broad spectrum of the firm’s criminal defence and motoring cases, he approaches each one with the same combination of dedication and professionalism and sheer hard work.

The support team

Behind the two partners at Belmores is a hardworking team of support staff, including Solicitors, Police Station Representatives, Case Preparers, Secretaries and Administrators – who ensure that the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
